CNES (National Center for Space Studies): Design and animation of 4 collaborative approaches including 3 with an asynchronous upstream consultation.

Bristol Myers Squibb Laboratory : Design and animation of 11 collaborative workshops (marketing advisory board and medical advisory board) with doctors and professors, some remotely, others face-to-face or in hybrid mode.
Richemont (Luxury group): Design and co-facilitation of innovation bootcamps with around forty participants from all over the world divided into teams, and conducted 9 times in French and English, then in Chinese and Japanese by native facilitators recruited on site and trained. Conductor designed minute by minute with a specialized tool containing the scripts of the speakers.
